Just found another site on Lisbon ... and it's a good one, with nice articles, pictures, suggestions on what to do & see :-) It is called Lisbon Lux :-)
Among the interesting articles there is one on Alfama's tile panels, where I was happy to find listed the panel at the front of the building where the apartment is located, with the following reference:
"Walking back down the street you’ll find another example on number 12 of Rua de São Miguel. It dates from the second half of the 18th century, completely painted in blue and with a rococo frame. Once again it illustrates Our Lady of the Rosary with baby Jesus appearing to St. Dominic who’s accompanied by a dog at his feet. The panel was originally topped by a cross that no longer exists"
